How to choose the ideal type of stocking
You are advised to measure the girth of the patient’s leg at ankle and calf. Then compare the measurements obtained with those
in the ‘size’ table. choosing the stocking size indicated. Whenever there is the need for a stocking with greater compression
(with respect to the indicated value), choose a smaller size stovking. Being smaller it will expert greater containment, increasing
compression on the leg. When a stovking with less compression is required, adopt the reverse procedure.
